Tom Yum Goong


Ingredients : 
1. 1 spoon of salt.
2. A pinch of ajinamoto
3. 1 onion 
4. 5 to 6 garlic
5. 1 whole chicken
6. Tom yam paste
7. Shitake mushroom












8. Celery










9. 1 or 2 carrot (Depend on size)







10. 4 or 5 tomatoes (Depend on size)










11. 2 or 3 inch of galangal

12. 2 or 3 lemongrass






13. 10 small chilies













14. Lime leaves













15. Lime juice














16. Fish sauce

First step :
1. Sliced the galangal.
2. Pound the lemongrass
3. Pound the garlic
4. Slice the onion

Second step : 
1. Put the pot on the stove, pour some cooking oil and leave it until the heat comes out. 
2. Next put the onion and garlic, stir until turns a little bit brown. Pour some water in the pot and leave it until it boil.
3. After that, put two spoon of tom yam paste, salt and ajinamoto. 
4. Then put the galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves and chilies in the pot. 
5. Once boil, put the chicken in the pot and leave it until it cook. 
6. Lastly, put lemon juice, fish stock, carrot, celery and shitake mushroom in the pot. Stir few minutes and leave it until it boil. 
7. Lastly put the tomatoes and stir for few minutes and leave it. 
8. Turn off the stove when it boil and serve while still hot.
