Mac and Cheese


Ingredients : 
1. Half spoon of salt
2. 1 onion
3. A pinch of black pepper
4. 200 gram mozzarella cheese
5. 200 gram Irish cheddar 
6. 125 gram Camembert cheese
7. 1 liter of full cream milk
 8. 500 gram macaroni
9. 200 gram butter
10. 2 spoon of flour

First step : 
1. Pour water, 3 spoon of cooking oil and 1 spoon of salt in the pot. 
2. Then put it on the stove, and leave it until it boil. 
3. Once boil, put the macaroni and stir it for few minutes. 
4. Leave the macaroni and let it cook. Then drain it. 
5. Put the macaroni aside and let it cool. 

Second step : 
1. Put the pot on the stove, leave it until the heat comes out. 
2. Later put the butter on the pot and stir until it melt. Then, put the onion in the pot and stir. 
3. Pour milk and add black pepper in the pot. 
4. Next, put the mozzarella, Irish cheddar and Camembert and stir it for few minutes. 
5. Take 2 spoon of flour and mix water in the bowl. Then put it in the pot and stir. 
6. After that put the macaroni and stir together with all the ingredients. 
5. Turn off the stove once cook, then put it in the bowl. 
6. Put the mac n cheese in the microwave and leave it for 3 minutes. Once done, may serve while still hot.
