Mix Vegetable with Tofu Egg

Ingredients :
1. Half spoon of salt
2. A pinch of ajinamoto
3. 3 spoon of oyster sauce














4. Cauliflower











5. 10 prawns (based on size)
6. Broccoli













7. 1 or 2 onions (Depend on the size)
8. 6 to 7 garlic (Depend on the size)














9. Shitake mushroom











10. 4 egg tofu












11. 1 carrot (Depend on size)





12. 100 gram enoki mushrooms









13. Cabbage











First step : 
1. Sliced the tofu egg at 1 inch and fried it until golden brown.
2. Put all the fried tofu egg in the bowl or plate.
3. Leave it for few minutes until cool a little bit.

Second step :
1. Cut the broccoli, carrot and cauliflower into small pieces.
2. Sliced the cabbage.
3. Cut the root of enoki mushrooms and tear it.

Third step :
1. Put the pan on the stove, pour some cooking oil and leave it until the heat comes out.
2. Put the sliced onions and garlic in the pan, stir for few minutes until turn lighter brown.
3. Add the prawn on the stove and stir until turn lighter red color.
4. Next, add the salt, ajinamoto and oyster sauce in pan and mixed it.
5. Then put the cauliflower and carrot in the pan. Mix with all the ingredients and leave it for few minutes.
6. Lastly add the enoki mushrooms, shitake mushrooms and broccoli. Stir until cook and turn off the stove.

Fourth step : 
1. Put the fried egg tofu at the bottom of the plate.
2. Pour all the mix vegetable on the top of the fried egg tofu and serve.
