Caramel Pudding (Puding Karamel)


Ingredients : 
1. 1 liter of milk
2. 20 spoons of sugar
3. 10 eggs
4. 2 spoon of vanilla flavor














First step : 
1. Put water in the pan and add sugar, then turn on the stove and stir for few minutes until sugar melt and turn darker.
2. Turn off the stove and pour the melting sugar in the bowl.

Second step : 
1. Break 10 eggs and vanilla flavor in the bowl and whisk it for few minutes.
2. Then pour 1 liter of milk and stir with all the ingredients.
3. Pour the mixing ingredients in the bowl where you add the melting sugar.

Third step : 
1. Put the bowl in the microwave and leave it for 45 minutes.
2. When done leave it outside for it to be cool.
3. Then once cool, put the pudding in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
4. Turn the pudding upside down, cut and you may serve.
