Ingredient :
1. 2 or 4 onions (depend on size)
2. 5 to 6 garlics
3. Chilies
4. Kai choy vegetable
5. 430 gram tomato paste
6. Half chicken
7. Half spoon of maggi seasoning
First step :
1. Take chicken and put it in the pot, add water, maggi seasoning, salt and ajinamoto. Cut the onion into small pieces and put it in the pot.
2. Put the pot on the stove and let it cook for few minutes.
3. Stir until the chicken cook and turn off the stove.
4. Separate the chicken from the stock and put it aside.
Second step :
1. Blend, 2 or 1 onion, chilies and garlic together.
Third step :
1. Pour cooking oil in the pot, put it on the stove and leave it until the heat comes out.
2. Put the blended ingredients in the pot, stir for few minutes until it cook.
3. Then add the tomato paste in the pot and leave it for few minutes.
4. Next, put the chicken in the pot, stir and mix with all the ingredients.
5. After that, pour the chicken stock in the pot.
6. Lastly when the gravy boiled, add the kai choy in the pot.
7. Stir together until the kai choy turns darker and turn off the stove.
8. Best to be serve with rice.
