Spicy Sour Chili Fish


First Step :
Blend together to make a paste
1. A hand full of dried chilies - Soak for few minutes
2. 10 gram black paper - Exceptional

3. 1 piece of onion
4. 5 pieces of garlic
5. 4 inch of ginger
6. 2 inch of turmeric

Second Step : 
1. Heat the pot.
2. Pour some cooking oil in the pot.
3. After the heat comes out, put the blended paste in the pot.
4. Put 1 spoon of salt
5. A pinch of ajinamoto (flavour) - Exceptional 
6. Let it cook for few minutes until the paste cook and the color turn a little bit darker.
7. Take half a handful of tamarind paste, mix with water and pour the juice in the pot.
8. Let it boil for few minutes then put the fish inside the pot.
9. Let the fish cook and lastly put 4 or 5 pieces of okra.
10. Then leave it for few minutes to cook.
11. After few minutes, you may turn off the heat and serve.
