Mix Vegetables & Eggs Spring Roll



Ingredients : 

1. 10 eggs
2. Frozen mix vegetables
3. 1 onion
4. 4 pieces of garlic
5. Spring roll pastry


6. Ajinamoto (Exceptional)
7. Salt

First step : 
1. Diced the onion and garlic.
2. Pour some cooking oil in the pan and leave it for few minutes.
3. After the heat comes out, put the onion and garlic in the pan.
4. Put half spoon of salt and a pinch of ajinamoto (exceptional).
5. Stir until the color turns a little brown.
6. Then put the frozen mix vegetables in the pan. Stir for few minutes.
7. Lastly break 8 eggs in the pan and mix together until the eggs cook.
8. Once the eggs cook, turn off the stove and put it in the bowl. Let it cool for few minutes.

Second step : 
1. Break two eggs in the bowl and put a pinch of salt.
2. Wrap the filling in the spring rolls pastry according to the image below.
























Third Step : 
1. Pour cooking oil in the pan and leave it for few minutes.
2. Once the heat comes out, put the spring rolls in the pan.
3. Cook both sides until turns brown.
4. Once it cook, you may lift and put it in the bowl.
5. Leave it for few minutes until cool.
6. Best to be eaten with ketchup.
