Ingredients :
1. 4 fish
2. 3 onions
3. 6 to 7 garlic (Depend on size)
4. Chilies
5. Tamarind
6. 1 1/2 spoon sugar
7. 3/4 spoon of salt
8. 1 spoon of turmeric powder
9. A pinch of ajinamoto
First step :
1. Cut the fish into two.
2. Take the fish and add turmeric powder and a pinch of salt. Then mix together with the ingredients.
3. Fried the fish until cook and put it aside.
Second step :
1. Sliced 1 onion like the onion ring.
Third step :
1. Take the 2 onion, garlic and chilies and blend together until become paste.
Fourth step :
1. Take the pan and pour the cooking oil. Leave it until the heat comes out.
2. After that put the blended paste, salt, sugar and ajinamoto then stir until it cook.
3.. Next mix the tamarind with water and pour the tamarind juice in the pan.
4. Stir together until dry. Add the tamarind with water for the second time and pour the tamarind juice in the pan. Leave it until it dry.
5. Lastly add the fried fish and onion together and stir together for few minutes. Turn off the stove once done.
6. Best serve with rice.
