Ingredients :
1. 150 gm beef
2. Parsley
3. Five potatoes
4. Spring roll pastry
5. 1 cinnamon
6. A pinch of fennel seeds
7. 1 star anise
8. 2 cardamom
9. 2 cloves
10. 1 spoon of coriander seeds
11. 1 onion
12. 6 garlic
13. 2 spoons of beef curry powder
14. A pinch of ajinamoto - Exceptional
15. 1 spoon of salt
16. Water
First step :
1. Blend the curry powder with fennel seeds and coriander seeds.
2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes
3. Cut the beef into small pieces
4. Mince the parsley
5. Cut the onion into small cubes.
6. Mince the garlic
Second step :
1. Pour cooking oil in the pan and leave it for few minutes on the stove the until the heat comes out.
2. Put onion and garlic, stir until turns a little bit brown.
3. Pour some water in the pan to avoid from being too dry.
4. Then put the cinnamon, star anise, cardamom and cloves.
5. Later, put the salt and ajinamoto.
6. After that, put the beef and potatoes in the pan then pour some water and stir until dry.
7. Lastly, put the parsley and stir for few minutes before turns off the stove.

1. Pour cooking oil in the pan and leave it for few minutes until the heat comes out.
2. Then fried the samosa on both sides until turn a little brown.
3. Lift and put it in the plate. Leave it for few minutes to be cool.
